Driver needs to learn to park. We came out of Lowe’s and the company vehicle was parked so close to us we couldn’t open the drivers side door. I was taking a picture when the driver came walking up behind me. I told him we couldn’t get in our vehicle and he replied, “Oh I see that now”. You knew you were too close when you got out! Very inconsiderate.

Used them twice for different things and both times 5 stars they are above and beyond. First time was key fob locked in car. They always answer and a real friendly guy came out and unlocked it for me in no time. Second time was for a replacement/spare key fob and once again super friendly service and above and beyond. Also very affordable compared to everywhere else I looked. Great small business here in town.

Not worth it for Honda keys. $150 dollars to cut a $40 blank that still has to be taken to a dealer or locksmith to be programmed.

I really needed a new key fob for my car after one of my fobs quit working. I dreaded it because a recent experience made me wary of locksmiths. But guess what? I am not worried now, because the locksmiths at Pierre’s Lock Shop took great care of me and charged me less than the amount they quoted.

They do house calls for unlocking cars, change the locks on your doors, make keys and just about every service a locksmith provides.

True story, I tried a “verified” business on one of the apps, only to get completely scammed by a locksmith. Since that time I have been asking around and a few of my friends said “Pierre on Sunbeam” and that was the right answer.

From the time I first spoke to them on the phone, they made me aware of what the maximum cost would be to get me a new key FOB. There was a caveat that they needed to see the car to make sure, which is exactly what I did. And from the time I entered, to the time my parts were ready, they were professional, proficient and honest.

Want to know something else, the price they quoted me was more than what they charged. The owner simply said, “it did not take me as long as I thought”. But that is not even the best part – I had a latch on my center console he fixed and later texted me the repair part I needed with the caption “when it comes in, I will put it in for you”.

Also, they have a cool in store set up with lanyards, hidden key boxes, fake rocks to hide hidden keys, color coded keys and lots other cool gadgets.

I really like to find businesses that stand by their work, are honest about costs and go the extra mile. Well guess what, I found one and if I could I would give them 10 out of 5 stars, I would.

This place is awesome. So many options for personality reflecting house keys (kw1) and I work for an organization which uses this company for crash bars and double keying locks so we can issue a key and also have a functioning master key. Very knowledgeable staff. Variety of options for any safe or lock you may need.
