Timely and very professional! I locked myself out of my house at 5:30 in the morning and when I called Florida Lock And key Caleb answered thei phone right away and immediately confirmed he could get to me within 20 minutes and Caleb was at my house in 20 minutes! Within five minutes he had my door unlocked, no drilling required. I thought the price was very reasonable, especially how early it was in the morning and how quickly he got to me. I was so worried because my mom was inside the home and she is on hospice care so you can imagine my level of stress. Thank you Caleb and Florida Lock And key, I greatly appreciate it!!!

Extremely happy with the Super Locksmith Guys! I finally have a key fob that actually works and the experience could not have been any more pleasant or easy than this!! They came right to my house! No fighting traffic during peak tourist season or waiting in line at some crowded store or dealership either! They were very accommodating and the price was much lower than I expected it to be! Thomas responded quickly to the request for service I logged through the Better Business Bureau. He asked several questions and several pictures, before providing a very reasonable quote. I booked the appointment for within 48 hours of placing my initial call. Thomas called an hour before his arrival to confirm we were still a “go” for the hardware install, then he even showed up 15 minutes early. He was very knowledgeable and completed installing a new lever set door handle and deadbolt, then he rekeyed the new deadbolt to our existing house key. The final bill was to the penny the amount quoted.Great experience!

ridiculous…$450 for a basic key with no chip and no key fob. then was charged for “after hours” call, even tho they were specifically asked if it was extra for him to come out. The tech had my son hold his 2 cellphones to film him for his Instagram Live. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE AND I WOULD NOT CALL THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!! WHAT A RIPOFF!!!

Easy to use kiosk with concise instructions. Was able have 3 keys made with cute design options within 5 minutes, without having to hunt down a customer service rep. It was neat being able to see the key being cut through the glass window. All keys fit the intended lock perfectly with no issues. Would definitely use again.
