Outstanding business! I called in due to an emergency as I’m sure we all do and we agreed that he would reach back out once I sent over the vehicle info. He is a man of his word, as any good businessman should be, and was able to accommodate me for the following day. Arrived earlier than the time agreed upon, had a great price, very quick service, and of course is owner operated; it doesn’t get any better than that! Excellent experience, although I did have to call the toll-free number to request a receipt. Immediately got a lovely woman on the phone and she e-mailed my receipt within seconds. Super easy and I did run into trouble with the kiosk not dispensing my puppy prints keys but I call the customer service number and the lady was so knowledgeable and kind she stood in the line with me until I finally got the keys 🔑 5 ⭐️ for her

I called to have some keys made from blanks that I ordered for an antique car. The woman I spoke to said it would be no problem. Drove over there and the owner started that they won’t use my blanks and when I explained to him that I had called and was told that they could, he got mad and dropped his phone. And you wonder why business go out of business. Don’t use these people. Rude and very unprofessional.

The full experience was great and smooth, the only issue was that the key didn’t work lol. Maybe I did something wrong or the machine isn’t consistent. I didn’t want to waste time contacting them to fix it for $5 but I’m sure they’d be happy to help
