When we got to our place in Bethany Beach we were alarmed to find that we could not enter a locked closet to turn on the water supply to our home. None of the keys to the previously installed Schlage Lock worked.
We had previously had an excellent experience with RJ Locksmith so we called them again.
Even though it was the end of the workday and they were quite busy, Pete nevertheless came out in an extremely timely fashion.
He immediately identified the issue and did the necessary steps to correct the problem in an efficient fashion.
Pete was pleasant and professional and got the job done quickly.
I would not hesitate to use this company again and suggest that anyone who needs a locksmith do the same!

This guy is all that he does everything you want and need him to do.He is very nice and tells you what he is doing.He also trains other locksmiths for free he is the best around He is very worldly and God driven thanks Mr. Davis for being nice and kind.

I went there and got four keys made it was buy two get three free one of the keys does not work I don’t know how to remedy the situation hopefully somebody reaches out so that I can get a key that works

Happy Camper here – I was attempting to do some re-keying myself, and ran into a complication (AKA not following directions properly). I called Penn-Del Lock Inc., they said come right on over, which I did. They re-assembled my lock cylinder and cut me 5 keys, all in about 10 minutes. Helpful and friendly service which I always appreciate.

UPDATE: Beware of this business! They have now sent us 18 messages berating, harassing and threatening us! We have not responded to their messages but they continue to harass us.

My husband wrote an honest review of his call to this business. He called two different numbers that both reached this business. He did NOT call three times and hang up. He was berated by the business and now, they won’t stop messaging him. I’ve looked at their reviews and there are many 1 stars. The 5 stars are from months and even years ago. Fortunately, we contacted a very nice business who offered us a much lower price and they have high ratings. It’s a shame when a business is so unprofessional and treats potential customers in this manner.
