Company was quick to reply and respond. I needed to change all of my home locks and wanted a keypad. Logan was very nice and completed the work quickly and everything went smooth. Also provided a keypad tutorial. I appreciate the great service.

Happy Camper here – I was attempting to do some re-keying myself, and ran into a complication (AKA not following directions properly). I called Penn-Del Lock Inc., they said come right on over, which I did. They re-assembled my lock cylinder and cut me 5 keys, all in about 10 minutes. Helpful and friendly service which I always appreciate.
