My husband wrote an honest review of his call to this business. He called two different numbers that both reached this business. He did NOT call three times and hang up. He was berated by the business and now, they won’t stop messaging him. I’ve looked at their reviews and there are many 1 stars. The 5 stars are from months and even years ago. Fortunately, we contacted a very nice business who offered us a much lower price and they have high ratings. It’s a shame when a business is so unprofessional and treats potential customers in this manner.

Big thank you to Kwikey Locksmith! They showed up on really short notice and helped us get a safe open when we were stuck. We had called around and everything was super expensive, but they were actually reasonable and got here fast. Truly appreciate the help. Definitely recommend!

The locksmith replaced a door knob and rekeyed it to match the other doors. When he came in, the price he quoted was high, so I turned him down. He called his boss and took $50 off the price, which was great. After he finished the job, he told me that in order to get the $50 off, he needed to see my phone so he could leave a review. He used my account to write himself a 5-star review, then responded to it as if I had written it. Sad to have done business with a shady company like this. There are plenty of other businesses that can do this work without the deception.

Allied came to my home to rekey my locks and install a new pinpad entry lock. I am happy with the price I paid and service I received. They were polite and ensured their work area was clean and everything working before leaving.

I normally go out of my way to leave 5-star reviews and only leave negative reviews when a business provides exceptionally poor service. Unfortunately, this experience absolutely deserved a 1-star review.

I recently moved into a new home and wanted to have the locks changed immediately for security and peace of mind. I contacted this company ahead of time, confirmed the appointment date and time, and even sent pictures to make sure they had everything they needed. Everything appeared scheduled and confirmed.

Then, the morning of the appointment — about an hour before they were supposed to arrive — I received a call from someone else entirely who said the job had been assigned to them. I again confirmed the appointment time and expected arrival.

The scheduled arrival time came and went. No call. No text. No update whatsoever.

After waiting approximately 45 minutes past the appointment time, I finally called them myself only to be told they were “on the way” and that there had been some sort of emergency. While emergencies happen, basic professionalism and courtesy require at least a simple phone call or text message to let your customer know you’re running late. Instead, I was left sitting in a new house waiting around during an already stressful moving day wondering if anyone was even coming.

Moving is stressful enough without having to deal with an unreliable company that clearly does not value customers’ time. Communication was terrible, scheduling was disorganized, and the overall experience was frustrating from start to finish.

I honestly have no idea how this business has a 4.8-star rating. Based on my experience, it’s hard not to question whether many of those reviews are fake or paid for.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this business and finding a locksmith company that is actually reliable and respectful of its customers.

Called to get a key fob programmed that I already have. Told me 200$. Told him that was higher than I was expecting then he asked what I was trying to pay. I told him no more then 100. Well I ended up calling an actual Kia dealer and they only charge 99$. How is the dealer cheaper ???? And how you go from saying it was over 200$ at first. Scam.
