We have a 2 year old home and the builder recommended getting a tri-point lock for our 8′ tall front door. It started sticking shortly after we moved in and continued to get worse until it bound up. I called the door vendor, no luck. I called a few lock places in town and no one works on these types of locks. One of the other locksmiths recommended Lincoln Lock and said they are the only ones he knows who work on trial-point locks.
Caleb came and gave me an estimate. It was an expensive fix to get a whole new lock assembly ordered but was the only way to have an operational front door. A week later it came in and Drew came to install it. Unfortunately the new lock failed after just a couple of days and Drew came out at 7 on a Friday night to help secure the door till it could be repaired again. For no charge, they ordered a second lock and came back to replace it again. This time, it seemed to work pretty well. But Drew was not happy with how it felt to him and he felt pretty certain it would fail again. So he ordered yet another lock assembly for no charge. And this one works smoothly and to our (and his) expectations.
I am impressed by how diligent they have been on this project. It took a lot of their time and 6 visits to us to get it to their satisfaction. If I ever need assistance with a lock in the future I will absolutely call them again.

I’m usually not a review person. But Mattice Lock & Safe just saved me. My toddler locked himself in my car while in our driveway. I called Mattice, they were there within five minutes and unlocked the car free of charge because a kid was in the car. Seriously, cannot thank them enough. Use Mattice, you won’t regret it.

Happy Camper here – I was attempting to do some re-keying myself, and ran into a complication (AKA not following directions properly). I called Penn-Del Lock Inc., they said come right on over, which I did. They re-assembled my lock cylinder and cut me 5 keys, all in about 10 minutes. Helpful and friendly service which I always appreciate.

Good service, nice old school store. I had key copies made for a gate the other day and they ended up being cut in the wrong blanks. I went in and they originally chose those and I mentioned they were too thick and got stuck in the key way. The gentleman that helped me knew exactly what I meant and cut me the correct keys right away. They match perfectly. Will continue to come here for my lock and safe needs.

today i made 3 copies of the key and all 3 keys are not made correctly, they do not work. i compared with the original key and it is completely different, somewhere the teeth are more worn down, and somewhere less. i am disappointed. senseless waste of money.
