Key did not fit/work as cut. It had sharp edges. I worked it over with a file and sandpaper like the old key cutters used to do 50 years ago. It now works, with some jiggling.

Happy Camper here – I was attempting to do some re-keying myself, and ran into a complication (AKA not following directions properly). I called Penn-Del Lock Inc., they said come right on over, which I did. They re-assembled my lock cylinder and cut me 5 keys, all in about 10 minutes. Helpful and friendly service which I always appreciate.

machine did not provide paper receipt that I was expecting
I did then receive email offering refund if key did not work.
Would definitely use this kiosk again!!!
