Happy Camper here – I was attempting to do some re-keying myself, and ran into a complication (AKA not following directions properly). I called Penn-Del Lock Inc., they said come right on over, which I did. They re-assembled my lock cylinder and cut me 5 keys, all in about 10 minutes. Needed to make several keys for relatives. Went to Lowe’s who had this machine. Inserted my key, selected the number and style of keys I wanted, and within 10 minutes I was on my way! All keys worked perfectly when I tried them out! I needed to do very minor cleaning of the keys before using them, to remove small metal cuttings/shards that remained attached to the key blades. I’d use this machine anytime I need duplicate house keys made!

I went to Advanced Security Safe and Lock to replace my car key fob because the buttons weren’t working. The employee was very polite and helpful, and I got a new key fob in less than 20 mins. Prices were reasonable and it was around $140 for a replacement. One con is that the driveway is kind of tight to pull in, so be careful when pulling in. Otherwise, I would highly recommend coming here for their car key replacement services!

The keyme machine was off (at our local Walmart). I had to push a reset button on the electrical plug in, wait about 10 minuted for it to boot up, then it worked fine.
