On February 21,2026, I had Chief of Locks Greenwood make me a new key for a car that I purchased that day. On March 9th 2026, my car went into lock and anti theft mode. Before, I found out that was the issue. I wanted money on a new battery. So I took my car to my mechanic and the dealership to get diagnosed and both said the key wasn’t programmed correctly. The dealership tried reprogram the old key and it won’t reprogram. I called Cheif of Locks to see if they would fix the issue but they have yet tried to resolve the problem. It’s been going on 3 weeks now since I haven’t been able to drive my car. Since no one in management called to fix the problem. I will be pursuing with legal actions. Do not let Chief of Locks make you a new key for your car.

UPDATE: Beware of this business! They have now sent us 18 messages berating, harassing and threatening us! We have not responded to their messages but they continue to harass us.

My husband wrote an honest review of his call to this business. He called two different numbers that both reached this business. He did NOT call three times and hang up. He was berated by the business and now, they won’t stop messaging him. I’ve looked at their reviews and there are many 1 stars. The 5 stars are from months and even years ago. Fortunately, we contacted a very nice business who offered us a much lower price and they have high ratings. It’s a shame when a business is so unprofessional and treats potential customers in this manner.

I seriously couldn’t ask for better service. I locked my keys in my car while it was running. Ryan came out to my house in 30 minutes or less and had my vehicle opened within 20 seconds!
I locked my keys in the car 3 weeks later (today) AAA came out it took them 3 hours and they scratched my tint on my window.
I reached out to Ryan during the time AAA was out helping me for a back up plan and he was extremely professional and accommodating making sure I was good and was ready to help as soon as I needed him. He also gave me some pointers/advice so my keys don’t get locked in my car again.(so nice of him)

I know who has my business from here on out!

Had them look at a lock from 1850
They diagnosed my problem and were able to fir a new lock and give me all the keys I needed. Awesome job

This guy is all that he does everything you want and need him to do.He is very nice and tells you what he is doing.He also trains other locksmiths for free he is the best around He is very worldly and God driven thanks Mr. Davis for being nice and kind.

Happy Camper here – I was attempting to do some re-keying myself, and ran into a complication (AKA not following directions properly). I called Penn-Del Lock Inc., they said come right on over, which I did. They re-assembled my lock cylinder and cut me 5 keys, all in about 10 minutes. Helpful and friendly service which I always appreciate.
