Very poor service by this company. The technician took advantage of my elder father who requested a key to made and change the lock to my house without my legal consent (homeowner) while I was not home and charged my dad $800 for one simple lock! I do not recommend this company at all. They have poor customer service. Disconnect the call multiple times.can’t get a supervisor on the phone to discuss the matter.

Happy Camper here – I was attempting to do some re-keying myself, and ran into a complication (AKA not following directions properly). I called Penn-Del Lock Inc., they said come right on over, which I did. They re-assembled my lock cylinder and cut me 5 keys, all in about 10 minutes. Helpful and friendly service which I always appreciate.

The keyme machine was off (at our local Walmart). I had to push a reset button on the electrical plug in, wait about 10 minuted for it to boot up, then it worked fine.

Fantastic work. We lost our only key to our one vehicle, completely. GM wanted a fortune and would need us to tow the vehicle there. Ben’s Lock & Key did their work at our home for a fraction of the price. Brand new key and programmed to our vehicle. The technician, Tengiz, was very nice and professional and worked very quickly and ensured multiple times that our new key works properly. I highly recommend. 5 out of 5 stars. My dad was on the way down to our beach house and drove 3 hours and noticed 30 mins before getting there he didn’t have his keys and within 20 minutes they had a tech out there already working on lock. The lady and tech were so great and we appreciate the work. highly recommend. Will use company in future!!!!
