My dad was on the way down to our beach house and drove 3 hours and noticed 30 mins before getting there he didn’t have his keys and within 20 minutes they had a tech out there already working on lock. Happy Camper here – I was attempting to do some re-keying myself, and ran into a complication (AKA not following directions properly). I called Penn-Del Lock Inc., they said come right on over, which I did. They re-assembled my lock cylinder and cut me 5 keys, all in about 10 minutes. Helpful and friendly service which I always appreciate.

The keys made by this machine are great except for the wire brushing only goes one way which leaves burrs left on the other side of the key.
