I normally go out of my way to leave 5-star reviews and only leave negative reviews when a business provides exceptionally poor service. Unfortunately, this experience absolutely deserved a 1-star review.

I recently moved into a new home and wanted to have the locks changed immediately for security and peace of mind. I contacted this company ahead of time, confirmed the appointment date and time, and even sent pictures to make sure they had everything they needed. Everything appeared scheduled and confirmed.

Then, the morning of the appointment — about an hour before they were supposed to arrive — I received a call from someone else entirely who said the job had been assigned to them. I again confirmed the appointment time and expected arrival.

The scheduled arrival time came and went. No call. No text. No update whatsoever.

After waiting approximately 45 minutes past the appointment time, I finally called them myself only to be told they were “on the way” and that there had been some sort of emergency. While emergencies happen, basic professionalism and courtesy require at least a simple phone call or text message to let your customer know you’re running late. Instead, I was left sitting in a new house waiting around during an already stressful moving day wondering if anyone was even coming.

Moving is stressful enough without having to deal with an unreliable company that clearly does not value customers’ time. Communication was terrible, scheduling was disorganized, and the overall experience was frustrating from start to finish.

I honestly have no idea how this business has a 4.8-star rating. Based on my experience, it’s hard not to question whether many of those reviews are fake or paid for.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this business and finding a locksmith company that is actually reliable and respectful of its customers.
