I used A kiosk in Cheswold, DE and the teeth of the key seemed to match the original key however, when placed inside of the lock did not turn the lock at all. I am very disappointed. The design? It’s cool but the key… Does not work. Very disappointed and will not recommend. I am going to research if I can get a refund because that was a waste.

I was always suspicious of using the in-store key kiosk at my local Lowes but boy have my eyes been opened. The process was simple, the cost was fair and the quality of the brass keys I received were excellent. I highly recommend taking advantage of the convenience these kiosks afford you.
