Was able to get my house key remade with no problem. System is easy to use and it was nice to be able to choose a fun design. When I used the key at home, it worked perfectly. No complaints.

TEN stars are called for with this company, particularly Steve, who had come out to make a copy of my Mercedes key fob. DO NOT GO TO A DEALER! Call this superb company! Arrived exactly when he stated, said it’d take about a half hour. I went back into the house and before I knew it he was calling me to let me know that he was finished! Nowhere near a half hour and all fob tabs are working perfectly! Not only was Steve one of the truly “good people” of the world (a very sincere person) THANKFULLY, he pointed out I should change the tires soon, as it does sit a lot and I hadn’t noticed that they’re actually getting cracks! THAT could have saved my life! With no exaggeration. I’ve injured my leg and just get in and go to the hospital or Drs. 🙏 I can’t thank you enough Steve!!! Truly EXCELLENT experience. TEN STARS! P.S. VERY reasonably priced!

Had them look at a lock from 1850
They diagnosed my problem and were able to fir a new lock and give me all the keys I needed. Awesome job

Key is fine same as any other key…but charging 4 times more than having the guy cut one off the rack thays crazy. Will not use again rather wait for the key person to cut one.

The house keys I recently made at Minute Key in Walmart work perfectly.
The keys I made at Lowe’s the day before did not work. I found the directions on the machine easy to follow after the initial choice of type of key to make (ex: house, auto, etc.). Perhaps better graphics using distinctive colors would be better because of the florescent lighting in the stores where the Minute Key machines are located.
