Charlie came fast to my rescue with a professional skillset and calm manner. He was able to get my keys out of my locked trunk with no damage to the car. He tried different methods and was receptive to my youtube videos searches (I appreciate him open to new ideas). I never felt uncomfortable or as if the situation was not handled.
