Very rare to get same day service on anything , much less a complicated triple latch special order Andersen French door . United came only a couple hours after I called ; came with a smile and did not charge any rush fees. I give them 5 stars and already planning my next project with them.

This weekend I lost my keychain. On that keychain was my wallet and my only car key. I was extremely stressed out until I called. He gave me a price over the phone and told me I’d have a new key within the next couple of hours. He was extremely nice and even helped me shovel my car out of the snow. During the process he made me feel comfortable and walked me through the steps as he was doing it. I recommend this company 100%. He’s very reliable and the price was reasonable for the amazing service I received.

These guys are pros. Mike can and made the right recommendation. Our office has two doors and we were using physical keys. They recommended a Great Keypad solution with individual passwords. No ongoing fees. Came back to make adjustments. They even mounted our Doorbell Camera while the lock was being put in!!!

This review is five star for the reason I went there.
Needed a key cut and had it done while I waited.

Some other reviewers did point out the unfriendly bald guy behind the counter though, I just chose to ignore his attitude as he may have personal problems.

That said, the shop looked well stocked and need I mention that I had been to several other places trying to cut same key all to no avail.

Also worth mentioning is the availability of parking space. This was an issue for me as a few places I went to down town had no parking space.

Also note there’s a minimum spend for card payments.

To the owner; Keep up the good work and perhaps get a smiley face-cover for the ☹️ staff member.

Used to love this place but on my last visit I had a house key and a car key(brought my own). They cut the house key but wouldn’t cut the car key. According to them they don’t cut keys with “electronics” on them that aren’t from them. I asked to be quoted then and was told $280. I was offered a plain key from them, so again I ask why won’t you just cut my key? I was told it’s policy… 🤷🏻‍♂️I say no thank you and head over to Home Depot and have the key cut for $5. The place cuts ANY key and that’s why I liked them even sent people their way, but to refuse to cut a key because they over charge for car keys is ridiculous. Is pay the plain key price and the “cutting” if they let me . I’ll still use them for special keys that home depot can’t cut.
