This weekend I lost my keychain. On that keychain was my wallet and my only car key. I was extremely stressed out until I called. He gave me a price over the phone and told me I’d have a new key within the next couple of hours. He was extremely nice and even helped me shovel my car out of the snow. During the process he made me feel comfortable and walked me through the steps as he was doing it. I recommend this company 100%. He’s very reliable and the price was reasonable for the amazing service I received.

They are not here. If you try to stop by and get a key there is no shop. It’s an office building and the front desk told me they don’t have a space here. Looking at their reviews, they are all 5 star aside from someone saying the same as me. No business gets *only* 5 star, very fishy

Very rare to get same day service on anything , much less a complicated triple latch special order Andersen French door . United came only a couple hours after I called ; came with a smile and did not charge any rush fees. I give them 5 stars and already planning my next project with them.

Had a great experience in west Hartford. My key got stuck in the ignition. I called, shared the issue with the operator and a technician called me back. Told me when he’d be to me and kept me up to date on his timing. He arrived. Solved the problem and helped with some things to do going forward. He had a whole key cutting set up in his van and was super nice. Great experience. Thank you Yaser!!

These guys are pros. Mike can and made the right recommendation. Our office has two doors and we were using physical keys. They recommended a Great Keypad solution with individual passwords. No ongoing fees. Came back to make adjustments. They even mounted our Doorbell Camera while the lock was being put in!!!

Locksmith Raymond came over to my house to change my doorknob and deadbolt locks on my three exterior doors. He was unprofessional and sloppy. Raymond complained the entire time that he was in a rush. He also left the old locks on the floor instead of cleaning them up. When I brought this to his attention, he supposedly cleaned up the debris by each door. After Raymond rushed off, I found that he still hadn’t cleaned up the debris around my back door. I cleaned up the mess and also found many brand new screws on my kitchen door. I picked up all the screws that I could find. I then discovered more screws by stepping on them and hurting my feet. After this bad experience, I spoke with Raymond’s manager Eddy to make a complaint. He quickly offered for one of his best locksmiths, named Adrian, to come over and change my 3 deadbolt locks again free of charge. Adrian came over and I was immediately impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He was also polite, answered any questions that I had, and he cleaned up his mess. I give Adrian a 5 Star Rating for being the

This is a great little gem that I found during my route hours at work. I needed a car key made because mine broke so I was unable to have it on my key chain. I went in to ask about pricing one day & to see if there was anything I could do in the meantime till I was able to pay for it. The gentleman tried to see if he could drill a small hole to hold me off but was unable to so I told him I would be back. I really appreciated him trying to find a way to help in the meantime. Anyway I was able to go today and he made my key in a matter of minutes. Not only that but I love to find that I am giving my business to my brothers and sisters in Christ ✝️ Thanks for the great service!

We needed to have our main door lock and deadbolt rekeyed. Our former handyman had been let go due to his unstable personality. Then we noticed our spare key was missing. So to avoid problems we decided to have the locks changed. CT Security Locksmiths sent Greg over to do the job. After consulting with me it was decided a rekeying was the best choice. Greg wasted no time and did the job quickly and easily. He even made me two extra keys.
The cost was right in line with what he quoted. I would rate him higher than 5stars if I could. He was very professional and I recommend him and his company. In the future I know who to call when I need a Locksmith. In my opinion if u need a Locksmith call CT Security Locksmiths. You will b glad u did.

Same day service was great! Jake is a competent, knowledgeable and trustworthy technician. He fixed the latch and installed a automatic door closer on my apartment unit door. Kind, courteous and a great representative of this company. Highly recommend.

Levan did an amazing job. I called him and he told me he’d be there in a half hour, only took him 20 minutes to diagnose and reprogram me a new key. Very fast, affordable and accommodating, 100% will be the first guys I recommend for these issues

I needed a key roughly 50 years old to be duplicated and no one else could do this but Locksmith Center. I sent them an e-mail with a photo of both sides of the key and they said to come in and they could copy as many as I needed that day. They were excellent, quick, courteous, and informative. I was grateful!
