Our daughter‘s apartment door was locked and closed while her keys were inside. Fortunately, she was spending the night at our house so we made arrangements to meet a locksmith there the next day at 3 o’clock. After waiting for 45 minutes past 3:00 and getting the runaround from this particular locksmith, we called Rich’s Keys and Locks. Fortunately, Wes was visiting family in the area and came right over. He looked at the door, worked his magic and opened it up. We were so grateful and I wanted to pay him extra money for his quick service but he declined and said he doesn’t take advantage of people’s dire situations. I had never used the automated key maker and was nervous that I would push a wrong key! It was so simple and I loved that I could pick a design. Best of all, all three keys worked! Thank you to a very smart and efficient machine!
