Storm prep: I picked up a small heater yesterday. I needed it to use with my gas generator for my dessert reptiles, in case we lose power. We pulled it out of the box this morning to see how effective it will be. Well, it wasn’t working properly. It was apparent it had been previously returned.
I was prepared to deal with staff not caring, as is often the case in most stores, but not here! I called Mark the manager and experienced proper customer service and genuine help. Thank you Mark! Mark went above and beyond to ensure our problem was resolved, and even at a discount, for our time. Thank you again for your professionalism and kindness.
