Same day service was great! Jake is a competent, knowledgeable and trustworthy technician. He fixed the latch and installed a automatic door closer on my apartment unit door. Kind, courteous and a great representative of this company. Highly recommend.

Love this guy! I can see why he’s the highest rated locksmith I came across. He is extremely personable and competent, and helped restore my front door mortise locks to be functional again. Rates are very reasonable. He also went above and beyond by sending a follow up email explaining how I may be able to proceed with replacing my damaged lock.

Wow- these guys are amazing. I lost my spare pack of keys to an old car (not push to start) and my motorcycle. While other auto place wanted an arm and a leg to make copies these guys were incredibly affordable. Super nice, knowledgeable and extremely quick. Everything works great, highly recommend.

Great customer service! Had 2 keys made. They had just opened and the phones were ringing and associate had customers but that didn’t change his postive disiminer. This review is five star for the reason I went there.
Needed a key cut and had it done while I waited.

Some other reviewers did point out the unfriendly bald guy behind the counter though, I just chose to ignore his attitude as he may have personal problems.

That said, the shop looked well stocked and need I mention that I had been to several other places trying to cut same key all to no avail.

Also worth mentioning is the availability of parking space. This was an issue for me as a few places I went to down town had no parking space.

Also note there’s a minimum spend for card payments.

To the owner; Keep up the good work and perhaps get a smiley face-cover for the ☹️ staff member.
