I love this place and the people that work there. Diane is such a lovely person. She is so helpful and does everything she can to get you what you want. I was a pain in the butt about not getting rid of my old wooden door with a broken lock/doorknob. They had to devise such a contraption to appease me, and save my door. Charlie was a pleasant locksmith, he was congenial and knew exactly how to fix my lock problem. I cannot get across how much Southington Security is a perfect business example, great with customers, helpful, experts in their field, kind, make you feel validated, go above and beyond, they should teach a class in how to run a new business. Anyhoo, this place is the greatest. Thank you. P.S. Also, a few years ago my cat locked himself in the bathroom, don’t ask, and they came right out to free him. I made it to work on time.

It was 95 degrees in July with an incoming thunderstorm when I realized the keys to my bike lock fell off my lanyard at some point while riding. So I was trapped at work and struggling to find a locksmith that would even entertain coming to help me out–most said opening a bike lock wasn’t their thing.

Finally, Peter called me back from Cheshire Locksmith and said he could come out this afternoon and take a look. At that point, I just asked him to cut through it so I could get on with my life lol. Peter safely cut through the lock within just a few minutes, made it easy, and was a pleasure to work with.

Highly recommended, in my case they helped me out when no one else would, and I appreciate it!
