Through a “comedy of errors”, I ended up locked out of my bedroom, door knob came off the door, and of course the hinges were on the other side.
I tried my best to get the door open and just couldn’t. Called Southington Security, a tech came out immediately, and in mere minutes had the door open.
He was kind enough to be patient with me and explained what the problem was.
I can’t say enough good things about this company or the customer service provided to me today.

It was 95 degrees in July with an incoming thunderstorm when I realized the keys to my bike lock fell off my lanyard at some point while riding. So I was trapped at work and struggling to find a locksmith that would even entertain coming to help me out–most said opening a bike lock wasn’t their thing.

Finally, Peter called me back from Cheshire Locksmith and said he could come out this afternoon and take a look. At that point, I just asked him to cut through it so I could get on with my life lol. Peter safely cut through the lock within just a few minutes, made it easy, and was a pleasure to work with.

Highly recommended, in my case they helped me out when no one else would, and I appreciate it!
