Through a “comedy of errors”, I ended up locked out of my bedroom, door knob came off the door, and of course the hinges were on the other side.
I tried my best to get the door open and just couldn’t. Called Southington Security, a tech came out immediately, and in mere minutes had the door open.
He was kind enough to be patient with me and explained what the problem was.
I can’t say enough good things about this company or the customer service provided to me today.

We needed to have our main door lock and deadbolt rekeyed. Our former handyman had been let go due to his unstable personality. Then we noticed our spare key was missing. So to avoid problems we decided to have the locks changed. CT Security Locksmiths sent Greg over to do the job. After consulting with me it was decided a rekeying was the best choice. Greg wasted no time and did the job quickly and easily. He even made me two extra keys.
The cost was right in line with what he quoted. I would rate him higher than 5stars if I could. He was very professional and I recommend him and his company. In the future I know who to call when I need a Locksmith. In my opinion if u need a Locksmith call CT Security Locksmiths. You will b glad u did.

I just installed a new door with matching door and deadbolt locks. The keys work on the door lock but do not work on the deadbolt lock. The replacement keys are twice as thin as the original keys. It is useless to have a key that only works on one lock. Total waste of money. I give a one star because it was fun to watch the machine make the keys
