Fantastic experience. I called them the day before Christmas Eve after my truck key snapped in half—my only key for my 2007 Nissan Titan. They told me they could come out Christmas Eve around noon. They actually arrived early, made a new key, and had my truck running in under 45 minutes. The price was very reasonable, especially given the timing and situation. Highly recommend!

We needed to have our main door lock and deadbolt rekeyed. Our former handyman had been let go due to his unstable personality. Then we noticed our spare key was missing. So to avoid problems we decided to have the locks changed. CT Security Locksmiths sent Greg over to do the job. After consulting with me it was decided a rekeying was the best choice. Greg wasted no time and did the job quickly and easily. He even made me two extra keys.
The cost was right in line with what he quoted. I would rate him higher than 5stars if I could. He was very professional and I recommend him and his company. In the future I know who to call when I need a Locksmith. In my opinion if u need a Locksmith call CT Security Locksmiths. You will b glad u did.

Amit was so timely and helpful! He arrived quickly and managed to get us inside a locked bathroom where the door hardware was installed incorrectly, rendering most of his tools useless. However he persisted and found a way in without damaging the door and cleaned up after the work was finished. Great experience!

Our daughter‘s apartment door was locked and closed while her keys were inside. Fortunately, she was spending the night at our house so we made arrangements to meet a locksmith there the next day at 3 o’clock. After waiting for 45 minutes past 3:00 and getting the runaround from this particular locksmith, we called Rich’s Keys and Locks. Fortunately, Wes was visiting family in the area and came right over. He looked at the door, worked his magic and opened it up. We were so grateful and I wanted to pay him extra money for his quick service but he declined and said he doesn’t take advantage of people’s dire situations. Great customer service! Had 2 keys made. They had just opened and the phones were ringing and associate had customers but that didn’t change his postive disiminer.
