Had a great experience in west Hartford. My key got stuck in the ignition. I called, shared the issue with the operator and a technician called me back. Told me when he’d be to me and kept me up to date on his timing. He arrived. Solved the problem and helped with some things to do going forward. He had a whole key cutting set up in his van and was super nice. Great experience. Thank you Yaser!!

This changes the way I will get basic keys duplicated. I bought 4, all 4 worked perfectly. No waiting for a trained key person to show up and operate the old machine, no bringing the key back to get corrected. An outstanding solution.

Charlie and Andrew saved me from my slider lock problem! I had tried to fix it myself, and in the process ruined it. They removed the old lock and replaced it with one that I absolutely love! I am still impressed by their customer service; they are friendly, skilled, and nice to talk with. If you are anywhere near Simsbury CT and need a locksmith, CALL them! My friend Karen called them and they replaced her car fob – she’s very happy with the service and the price.
