Melanie was absolutely fantastic!!! She came to our home to fix the ignition cylinder. We were not able to turn the key to start the car. She took it apart and fixed it!!
We had brought to the car dealership but they couldn’t fix it.

Mike from stat is the best. Changed all my locks at my house to Baldwin locks and made sure that all my locks are under the same key. And he had to align all my doors. Highly recommend. Super nice guy, polite and pleasant to work with.

John is my hero. No one else could duplicate the key I needed to copy because of it’s odd size. John was able to do it and do it right. Highly recommend this company. The customer service is outstanding, and they stand behind their work.

Our daughter‘s apartment door was locked and closed while her keys were inside. Fortunately, she was spending the night at our house so we made arrangements to meet a locksmith there the next day at 3 o’clock. After waiting for 45 minutes past 3:00 and getting the runaround from this particular locksmith, we called Rich’s Keys and Locks. Fortunately, Wes was visiting family in the area and came right over. He looked at the door, worked his magic and opened it up. We were so grateful and I wanted to pay him extra money for his quick service but he declined and said he doesn’t take advantage of people’s dire situations. What an admirable businessman.Before you call any other locksmith, please consider calling Rich’s Keys and Locks.

do not and I repeat do not use the crooks. Requested service to get a key made for the door. Car ran fine before hand. Guy came out and made my car not start anymore after reprogramming a key. Says it was a car issue and still wanted money. Customer service is no help. The technician stole the key immobilizer out of our key after refusing to pay for the crocked service and left our car in the middle of the road

Fantastic experience. I called them the day before Christmas Eve after my truck key snapped in half—my only key for my 2007 Nissan Titan. They told me they could come out Christmas Eve around noon. They actually arrived early, made a new key, and had my truck running in under 45 minutes. The price was very reasonable, especially given the timing and situation. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at the Walmart key kiosk. I ordered three keys and everyone of them worked perfectly in the lock. This is the second time I have used this service and have not had any issues or problems (other than I keep losing them lol!). Great service!

Put 4 stars because it takes way longer than a minute. Went to lowes located in Danbury, CT. The key machine was really cool! Says a minute a key but it’s way longer than that. I had 4 keys made. From start to finish I was standing in front of that machine for 20 minutes. I guess i was expecting 4 minutes. But it was cool because you can look in the window and watch it cut the keys. It spins around and picks out a key that matches. It was kinda fun! I immediately ran out and tested all four keys. They worked perfectly……….
