This weekend I lost my keychain. On that keychain was my wallet and my only car key. I was extremely stressed out until I called. He gave me a price over the phone and told me I’d have a new key within the next couple of hours. He was extremely nice and even helped me shovel my car out of the snow. During the process he made me feel comfortable and walked me through the steps as he was doing it. I recommend this company 100%. He’s very reliable and the price was reasonable for the amazing service I received.

Had a great experience in west Hartford. My key got stuck in the ignition. I called, shared the issue with the operator and a technician called me back. Told me when he’d be to me and kept me up to date on his timing. He arrived. Solved the problem and helped with some things to do going forward. He had a whole key cutting set up in his van and was super nice. Great experience. Thank you Yaser!!

Very rare to get same day service on anything , much less a complicated triple latch special order Andersen French door . United came only a couple hours after I called ; came with a smile and did not charge any rush fees. I give them 5 stars and already planning my next project with them.

I am satisfied with the end result of the process overall. However, there is something to be desired over the price. For one key 🔑 it was five dollars. I believe that price can be bestürm at one of the hardware stores. It is convenient and you won’t have to deal with any staff, do you can slide in and slide out of the place. However, $10 for 2 keys seems a bit excessive to me. Having said all that, I suppose you have to pay for convenience. ✌🏾

Utter garbage. They sold me a car key with remote on 08/23/25. The key took forever to arrive by mail and they apologized with a discount code for a future purchase (never going to happen) when I finally got the key it quickly became apparent that the key was defective. I worked with tech support 3 separate times try to program the key. They would push an advanced software packet to my dongle and run through the process. They told me to buy a replacement battery and try again. I did, and it cost $10.00 unreimbursed dollars just for them to conclude the motherboard on the key was defective. I contacted customer support and they sent me a new key and dongle…long story short: EXACTLY THE SAME PROBLEM! This service is a total waste of time and money. Bite the bullet and just buy the key from the dealership!

First key I made didn’t work and they were great to give me a refund. Decided to give it another try second key doesn’t work either. I have always used this machine to make copies and never had a problem. I don’t know what has changed but I think it may be the brass keys they are using. Most likely will not use again

I have you used Massirio enterprises multiple times now. More recently mark and his team did a big job on my 2012 truck. They rebuilt the whole front end suspension, Rear suspension, added a leveling kit and wheel spacers (at marks suggestion) and they truck looks amazing.
I’ve had multiple people stop and ask me about the truck. I refer all to mark at Massirio enterprises. I’ll be using him again shortly for ore service on my older truck.

Was a little unsure about an automatic key machine “ making keys but figured I try . It worked perfectly! Really happy .
