I decided I was not going to start 2026 with my difficult front door lock so I contacted American Locksmith and left a message.”Steve” owner of American Locksmith LLC got back to me Very quickly on New Year’s Day(I was pleasantly surprised bc it was still the holiday) He came out assessed the deadbolt lock situation of my front door. He explained the problem in an understandable manner. He gave me the price upfront. He actually Fixed the existing lock versus just installing a new one, thus saving me money. He even explained the lifetime warranty of my existing lock! His repair was prompt and focused. I highly recommend him- because of responsiveness, professionalism, focus and good value of the repair.

David is one of the reasons that I like to support local business instead of the big guys that just care about money and not you. He went above and beyond to resolve our lock issue quickly, at a BEYOND fair price, and even followed up later in the day to make sure everything was working as it should. We reached out over a month ago to get a key fab door access with electronic door lock installed for our gym. We got strong along for over a month by there employee Skyler even after following their requests for pictures and videos to help figure install out. Then just completely ghosted when we tried to follow up after they said they would get back to us. Didn’t have a chance to even get a tech in to get a quote. 0/10 customer service experience.

Cannot recommend this place enough. I needed to get a new key & fob created for my car because there was an issue with each of my other key fobs I had. I called to get a quote on 12/22, which was super reasonable compared to other quotes I received and was told I could just walk-in based on what I needed. I went on 12/23, and the staff were super kind, helpful, and quick. Would 100% recommend them!

Great customer service! Had 2 keys made. They had just opened and the phones were ringing and associate had customers but that didn’t change his postive disiminer. I would definitely return to this shop if ever need again thank you for the positive experience.was refreshing to have a kind professional that knew how multitask with a smile behind the counter!!!
