I decided I was not going to start 2026 with my difficult front door lock so I contacted American Locksmith and left a message.”Steve” owner of American Locksmith LLC got back to me Very quickly on New Year’s Day(I was pleasantly surprised bc it was still the holiday) He came out assessed the deadbolt lock situation of my front door. He explained the problem in an understandable manner. He gave me the price upfront. He actually Fixed the existing lock versus just installing a new one, thus saving me money. He even explained the lifetime warranty of my existing lock! His repair was prompt and focused. I highly recommend him- because of responsiveness, professionalism, focus and good value of the repair.
