I had a great experience with American Locksmith. Steve installed a keypad padlock for me and did an excellent job. He clearly knew what he was doing, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was set up properly before leaving. He was very professional, friendly, and took the time to explain how the lock works. I would definitely recommend Steve to anyone looking for a reliable locksmith!

Amit was so timely and helpful! He arrived quickly and managed to get us inside a locked bathroom where the door hardware was installed incorrectly, rendering most of his tools useless. However he persisted and found a way in without damaging the door and cleaned up after the work was finished. Great experience!

Contacted this company for a commercial lockout and was told a technician would be dispatched by noon. Shortly after, the owner called back and refused service due to a personal issue involving one of their employees.

Accepting a job and then canceling it for non-business reasons is unprofessional and unreliable—especially for a time-sensitive lockout.

If a company can’t separate personal matters from customer service, that’s a serious concern. Would not rely on them.
