I needed a key roughly 50 years old to be duplicated and no one else could do this but Locksmith Center. I sent them an e-mail with a photo of both sides of the key and they said to come in and they could copy as many as I needed that day. They were excellent, quick, courteous, and informative. I was grateful!

Had a great experience in west Hartford. My key got stuck in the ignition. I called, shared the issue with the operator and a technician called me back. Told me when he’d be to me and kept me up to date on his timing. He arrived. Solved the problem and helped with some things to do going forward. He had a whole key cutting set up in his van and was super nice. Great experience. Thank you Yaser!!

Charlie and Andrew saved me from my slider lock problem! I had tried to fix it myself, and in the process ruined it. They removed the old lock and replaced it with one that I absolutely love! I am still impressed by their customer service; they are friendly, skilled, and nice to talk with. If you are anywhere near Simsbury CT and need a locksmith, CALL them! My friend Karen called them and they replaced her car fob – she’s very happy with the service and the price.

We needed to have our main door lock and deadbolt rekeyed. Our former handyman had been let go due to his unstable personality. Then we noticed our spare key was missing. So to avoid problems we decided to have the locks changed. CT Security Locksmiths sent Greg over to do the job. After consulting with me it was decided a rekeying was the best choice. Greg wasted no time and did the job quickly and easily. He even made me two extra keys.
The cost was right in line with what he quoted. I would rate him higher than 5stars if I could. He was very professional and I recommend him and his company. In the future I know who to call when I need a Locksmith. In my opinion if u need a Locksmith call CT Security Locksmiths. You will b glad u did.

I stopped by today to get pricing on some new smart locks for my home and not only did the new guy “Richard” help me find the best price for my budget, he also helped me with putting on my spare tire since my tire literally just popped as I was about to make the turn to get to the shop and I didn’t have my lug nut wrench with me.

He went above and beyond!! He needs to be praised for this!! I got a much better price than anywhere else in the area!!! He was also very patient with me and offered several options. Thanks again Richard!!!!

Key doesn’t work! My house key works on the breezeway door and the breezeway door to the garage. The one I made worked on the garage door but not the house. The money spent was a ripoff and a total waste.

This is my first time using a minute key kiosk. The idea behind it is easy and convenient. However, the machines don’t cut your key accurately enough to work. I made 3 key copies and none of them work in my lock. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere like Home Depot/Ace Hardware to get a key copied correctly instead.

Very easy to use, only took a couple of minutes to have 4 keys made. I attempted to have garage key made also but was unable to get it at the kiosk so I had it mailed. Super simple, fairly priced with good discount deals, the keys all work perfectly, highly recommended.
