This weekend I lost my keychain. On that keychain was my wallet and my only car key. I was extremely stressed out until I called. He gave me a price over the phone and told me I’d have a new key within the next couple of hours. He was extremely nice and even helped me shovel my car out of the snow. During the process he made me feel comfortable and walked me through the steps as he was doing it. I recommend this company 100%. He’s very reliable and the price was reasonable for the amazing service I received.

Our daughter‘s apartment door was locked and closed while her keys were inside. Fortunately, she was spending the night at our house so we made arrangements to meet a locksmith there the next day at 3 o’clock. After waiting for 45 minutes past 3:00 and getting the runaround from this particular locksmith, we called Rich’s Keys and Locks. Fortunately, Wes was visiting family in the area and came right over. He looked at the door, worked his magic and opened it up. We were so grateful and I wanted to pay him extra money for his quick service but he declined and said he doesn’t take advantage of people’s dire situations.
