Our daughter‘s apartment door was locked and closed while her keys were inside. Fortunately, she was spending the night at our house so we made arrangements to meet a locksmith there the next day at 3 o’clock. After waiting for 45 minutes past 3:00 and getting the runaround from this particular locksmith, we called Rich’s Keys and Locks. Fortunately, Wes was visiting family in the area and came right over. He looked at the door, worked his magic and opened it up. We were so grateful and I wanted to pay him extra money for his quick service but he declined and said he doesn’t take advantage of people’s dire situations. Very rare to get same day service on anything , much less a complicated triple latch special order Andersen French door . United came only a couple hours after I called ; came with a smile and did not charge any rush fees. I give them 5 stars and already planning my next project with them.

This is a great little gem that I found during my route hours at work. I needed a car key made because mine broke so I was unable to have it on my key chain. I went in to ask about pricing one day & to see if there was anything I could do in the meantime till I was able to pay for it. The gentleman tried to see if he could drill a small hole to hold me off but was unable to so I told him I would be back. I really appreciated him trying to find a way to help in the meantime. Anyway I was able to go today and he made my key in a matter of minutes. Not only that but I love to find that I am giving my business to my brothers and sisters in Christ ✝️ Thanks for the great service!
