Through a “comedy of errors”, I ended up locked out of my bedroom, door knob came off the door, and of course the hinges were on the other side.
I tried my best to get the door open and just couldn’t. Called Southington Security, a tech came out immediately, and in mere minutes had the door open.
He was kind enough to be patient with me and explained what the problem was.
I can’t say enough good things about this company or the customer service provided to me today.

Today I brought a hedge trimmer that I was restoring to City true value hardware looking for a replacement part. The part was discontinued but the employee searched and found a part that would fit my machine. He went out of his way to take the time to find the correct part and then installed it for me. I was very impressed with the customer service I received today and will certainly return when I need other parts.
