Recently called Calvert to help us rekey a weird frozen lock. After being unable to help me do it over the phone, they sent out a smith to help repair the lock. Joey came out and did a great job replacing the cylinder which had actually been glued shut… Very happy with the friendly and fast service and fair price.

Based on my experience I’d happily use this local business again and you should too.

I prefer to use minute key kiosks because it’s a good quality brass key, the key feels more heavy duty and durable then keys I can purchase in other places. Also, I can easily backup my key to key hero (an app that saves a copy of the key in digital form and allows the person to make a new key without having a physical key).

However, I wish I was offered more promo codes to use the kiosk. The code posted on the minute key Facebook page, is no longer valid.

Very rare to get same day service on anything , much less a complicated triple latch special order Andersen French door . United came only a couple hours after I called ; came with a smile and did not charge any rush fees. I give them 5 stars and already planning my next project with them.
