Johann was the first technicion to respond and I am very pleased he was. He was prompt arriving, friendly, polite and thoughtful being in my home.
He went right to work, answered my questions, and did a really fine job installing and fine tuning a new security door set on my front door…AFTER making a great and noble attempt to fix my old set, which would have saved me the expense of buying a new one…Really appreciated that.

I had unfortunately locked my keys in an interior room at our home. I called Golden Lock and Key and spoke to Stephen. He was friendly and willing to come help me within the hour. Worst experience with a locksmith ever. Simple lock out. Dispatch lady said lockout start at $80 and have fees and labor decided by the tech they send. Kid shows up. Spends 17 seconds opening my door. Then quotes me $270 dollars for a door pop. I could understand that price if I had lost the key and needed a new one. But instead I was charged almost $300 got a simple door pop. Dont use this company.

Colorado Lockout was great to work with. Our deadbolt was completely stripped on the backside of our house and someone was dispatched and on site within 30min of calling. They fixed the issue, did a deadbolt replacement and made the door open/shut easier all within a few minutes of arriving for a decent price. Grateful for their service and would recommend for any lock issues you are having.

I stopped by their shop since they were really close to me, and they got my key fob programmed fast. Super chill, super friendly, and way cheaper than the dealership or Ace. No drama, no upselling, just good service. My fob works perfectly now. I’d definitely go back.

Bill saved the door.
Wednesday May 27 I called All Secure with a desperate problem. Sat. the 24th my back door locking mechanism failed and I could unlock my back door. I’ve dealt with this issue many times before but this time I couldn’t fix it. The work around for this made my Memorial Day weekend a miserable nightmare. I didn’t see anyway to resolve this other than have someone come and cut the door hinges with a saw to get the door the off so I could get to my backyard for my pets. At 8 am Wednesday morning I call All Secure whom I had dealt with in the past to help with a front door emergency. Abby came on the phone and began to put in motion what was necessary to get me the help I needed. She listened carefully as I explained my situation and was taking notes the whole time impressed me beyond expectations. She found an appointment opening for me that day at 10am. That made me very happy. She explained that Bill was available to take the appointment and assured me he was very experienced and would be able to handle the situation. She explained that he would call me shorty. And he did. Five stars for Abby!
Bill called, we discussed the problem, I sent him some pics and he told me he would be at my place by 10 am. He arrived on time!! I thought for sure this door was going to be scrap metal. I watched Bill do what I didn’t think was possible. He got the door open by getting past the old lock mechanism, installed a new lock set and saved the door and my sanity. Bill is a professional like I haven’t seen in a long while. Bill you rock !!!!
