I cannot thank this guy enough! I got locked out of my semi-truck on the 4th of July, and since it was a major holiday, absolutely nobody in the area was working. I was genuinely worried I’d be stuck for days.
I called him, and he was incredibly professional from the start. He drove all the way from Sterling, CO to Sidney, NE to help me out. Right on the phone, he clearly explained how long the drive would take and gave me a flat price. To be honest, given the holiday and the distance, I was expecting to pay 3 to 4 times more than what he quoted.
He arrived exactly on time, got my truck door open in less than 5 minutes, and charged me exactly what he had promised over the phone — no hidden fees, no holiday markups.
Amazing service, honest pricing, and a fast response when I needed it most. If you ever find yourself in a jam, this is the locksmith to call. Highly recommended! 10/10!

Kelly is an absolute professional! I had a safe that was passed down to me from my grandfather. I had tried everything from videos to manuals to contacting the manufacturer, and nothing would work. Kelly offered to do it for a great price in a very quick manner. He then offered to give me guidance on how to open it myself.

I think business should be conducted in a honest and transparent manner. Kelly did not have to give me advice, but he chose to, and it allowed me to open my safe that’s been closed for 13 years. I lost the only fob I had for my prius so it was basically stranded at work for almost a month. Toyota was going to charge over $600, plus I would had had to pay for a tow since it had to be within their wifi range. Russ was able to come to my place of work and program 2 new fobs in the cold for $100 less. I would highly recommend.

Andy and Jaime did an amazing job setting up our new center for Soar! I wish I could remember the man’s name who came out Saturday 8/29/2020. He was pretty damn good! He was fast, professional and well worth the cost! Yohan was incredibly nice, knowledgeable and helpful! Called to get the lock on my security door looked at. It would stick and not move in cold weather. Yohan gave it a look and told me my options. I first talked to Jeannie on the phone, and she was absolutely wonderful. She’s a very polite and nice lady. She was able to tell me quickly weather or not they would be able to cut me a new key for my vehicle and how much it would cost. The customer service was impeccable. The same day her and her husband, Gene, came out and got me my new key. Very quickly too, Gene had it done within 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable as well. I talked to them for a bit afterwards and they are just sweet couple. It was a great experience.

My daughter got locked out of her car so I called to have someone come out. I was told somebody would be out in about 30 minutes 40 minutes later I get a phone call from a gentleman wanting to charge me over the phone before he left the shop to come and unlock my vehicle. They seem very unprofessional and lack communication. I found another local company that was able to get me taken care of quick and efficiently and cheaper.

My husband learned you can’t put your car key fob in your pocket and then wash your pants. He got a new one made by pop-a-lock. They were great. They ordered and programmed it at about half what the dealer charged. It was quick and easy.
