Omer is amazing! I ordered a fob for my car that ended up being the incorrect one. He didn’t charge me for that visit. Got the correct fob a week later, he showed up in less than 30 minutes and got it reprogrammed no problem. I did receive the wrong emergency key blank and he gave me all the info needed to get the correct one. Price was way less than everywhere I called for the service.

Highly suggest 970 Locksmith! Definitely the best experience I’ve ever had with a locksmith.

Nolan at the Keyway Lock& Safe in Fort Collins store was professional, the only locksmith who gave me a breakdown on pricing to replace a key fob on a 2022 Chevy vehicle. The part came in faster than expected and I was able to make an appointment that day to have the service completed. I would 100% recommend Keyway Lock& Safe. The price quoted is what was charged and included the replacement key fob.

The overall experience was easy and fast. However this is a second visit to the kiosk. Unfortunately my first visit was a loss. I paid for a key that when dropped down was not even cut. This visit I cut 3 keys. I was given an option for the keys at the kiosk and I chose my 3 designs… only 2 keys worked. The 3rd key was clearly the wrong key even though I was offered it as an option. So ive paid for 4 keys and have only 2 keys that work.

I first talked to Jeannie on the phone, and she was absolutely wonderful. She’s a very polite and nice lady. She was able to tell me quickly weather or not they would be able to cut me a new key for my vehicle and how much it would cost. The customer service was impeccable. The same day her and her husband, Gene, came out and got me my new key. Very quickly too, Gene had it done within 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable as well. I talked to them for a bit afterwards and they are just sweet couple. It was a great experience.

My husband learned you can’t put your car key fob in your pocket and then wash your pants. He got a new one made by pop-a-lock. They were great. They ordered and programmed it at about half what the dealer charged. It was quick and easy.

My daughter got locked out of her car so I called to have someone come out. I was told somebody would be out in about 30 minutes 40 minutes later I get a phone call from a gentleman wanting to charge me over the phone before he left the shop to come and unlock my vehicle. They seem very unprofessional and lack communication. I found another local company that was able to get me taken care of quick and efficiently and cheaper.

I had three keys made and chose the upgraded cut, for a smoother key, and the machine spit out three keys that were completely wrong and useless. This cost me $24, when I messaged to ask for a refund I was only refunded $15.88. These guys WILL scam you. Be careful people!
