We locked our keys in our truck before work, never a good way to start your morning. Called and they had someone out in 30 minutes. Though we had a rough morning we got quick and hospitable service that definitely turned out day around. We appreciated the service and would recommend to anyone in the area. Way cheaper than roadside assistance. You guys rock!

I lost the only fob I had for my prius so it was basically stranded at work for almost a month. Toyota was going to charge over $600, plus I would had had to pay for a tow since it had to be within their wifi range. Russ was able to come to my place of work and program 2 new fobs in the cold for $100 less. I would highly recommend.

Got the name from someone who lives down here year round and swears by them for anything lock related. We were staying at a rental in Boca and the front door deadbolt jammed sometime around 11pm. Like fully stuck. Couldn’t get the key to turn either direction.

Called the number my friend passed along. Someone picked up right away. The guy who came out had a whole bag of tools and hardware with him, walked up to the door, took a look, and figured out within a couple minutes what was going on with the mechanism. He talked me through it as he worked, which I appreciated because truthfully I was a little freaked out being locked out that late. Got the bolt freed and then swapped out the cylinder since the old one was clearly on its way out. Price was fair for the hour, def cheaper than I was bracing for. He even tested the new key a few times to make sure it turned smooth.

Whole thing wrapped up in under an hour and we finally got to sleep. Writing this from the patio the next morning with coffee, still kind of relieved. If you’re down here visiting family or renting and something goes sideways, this is who you call. Saved our trip for real.

I had a great experience with this locksmith service! Tyler was the technician who came out and he was absolutely top-notch. He arrived quickly, was very professional, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing.

He handled the situation efficiently and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. On top of that, he had a great attitude and made a stressful situation a lot easier to deal with.
