Johann was the first technicion to respond and I am very pleased he was. He was prompt arriving, friendly, polite and thoughtful being in my home.
He went right to work, answered my questions, and did a really fine job installing and fine tuning a new security door set on my front door…AFTER making a great and noble attempt to fix my old set, which would have saved me the expense of buying a new one…Really appreciated that.

We locked our keys in our truck before work, never a good way to start your morning. Called and they had someone out in 30 minutes. Though we had a rough morning we got quick and hospitable service that definitely turned out day around. We appreciated the service and would recommend to anyone in the area. We have used D&B Lockworks for two evictions now, which means the technician has exactly one hour to do all work and secure the entire property. CJ has come both times from D&B and he is exceptional. He works fast, has great communication, is professional, efficient, and kind. I love seeing CJ drive up and hope to work with him again in the future. This last eviction was full of drama and police intervention, and CJ kept his cool and did exactly what was needed. I could not say enough good about him! The staff that answers the phones at D&B is also wonderful and goes out of their way to help us schedule everything. I could not more highly recommend this locksmith. They have earned my professional and personal business exclusively!! I refuse to use anyone else.
