Tbh im way late to make this review even though i never got their service and im not sure if this place got any better over the years.. But 2 years ago i lost both sets of keys to my mustang and when i went inside their store they were rude to me for no reason and told me i had to have my registration up to date and a title just for a key and it would cost $500 which i understand why they needed the title but anything more is ridiculous plus my registration card was expired or missing so i just ended up never getting a key from this place!! So my car has sat in my yard for 2 years without any keys and its a brand new mustang and i finally found a locksmith that wasnt rude, that was way cheaper, that drove out to me, and didnt require all of the crap they did just for a single key! plus the fact that Mr. K lock and key had to drive from moffat to me and still charged me way less than this place that isnt even 5 miles away tells me everything i needed to know!! yeah the bad reviews dont lie and i dont regret waiting all this time either.. i rather wait years than to ever go to this place after that rude interaction!

I locked myself out of my apartment and was expecting company. I left a message and this fellow called me back within a few minutes and said he would be here very soon. He arrived in approximately 15 minutes and was very helpful and quite reasonable. I give it very high marks.

Lives up to the great reviews and regional reputation!
Gary saved the day for me, along with his wife who it was lovely to meet… I even got to meet two of their children who work at a local hotel. He is quite knowledgeable about what he is doing, and I felt like I was in good hands despite my crisis. He was able to assist me in getting to a safe location, locating a new Toyota key from a regional dealer, and then successfully programmed a new Toyota key fob onsite for me.
He was responsive and timely and did the best he could under the circumstances he was working under. I was so grateful for him.!!!

My sweet neighbor lost his key several times, fortunately I had a copy and went back to Simmons. Bobby and Jarrett helped me again, not only did they provide smiling wonderful help, they gave me a big wooden key ring with their information on it! They put the new key for my neighbor on this great key ring and he has not lost his keys since!!! This is certainly the place to go for amazing help and above and beyond service also with big smiles :):):)

After a couple attempts the keys were not working correctly, Jared came out personally and was able to get my keys to work! Wow amazing personal attention for me! They guarantee their work and stand by it! Bobby and Jared thank you. I was recommended to you and will do the same for any once that needs a locksmith! Great team and shop

I took my car to DC to have a key fob programed. They brought out all their gadgets and worked very hard for almost 30 minutes. The car would not accept the program. Just bad luck. I tried to pay them for the time they spent. Nope. Would not take the money since it did not work. GREAT people with that small town style.
Would recommend and will certainly go back if need arises

Called to have my RV deadbolt lock fixed. Randy came out very fast. Fixed it within 40 minutes at a reasonable price. Nice guy! Definitely will recommend to everybody!!
