Yohan was incredibly nice, knowledgeable and helpful! Called to get the lock on my security door looked at. It would stick and not move in cold weather. Yohan gave it a look and told me my options. The most overpriced keys. Do yourself a favor and drive an extra mile to Lowe’s. Deceitful pricing that if you try to cancel the $9.99 per key price, they will automatically offer you a 33% off coupon that is still overpriced. And they charge some 99 cent on top of the overpriced key.
