Vail Lock is awesome! Jeff helped us rekey main entry doors at our home. Jeff and Vail Lock also helped us with replacing lost keys for a GM truck, that required coordination with the dealership and programming of the keys. They were always friendly and available. Thank you! No doubt I will be using Vail Lock again.

Called this company and they must have sent out a contractor because he had no uniform or truck or jacket that said he was with Red Rock Locksmith. I asked for a quote and they said they couldn’t give one to me till they saw it. I just wanted my deadbolt and door handle replaced. He said it would be $650 to $800. I could buy a new storm door for that. I told him I was going to get some other estimates. He said he would try to clean up my old parts and see if they would work better. While my door was annoying to use it still worked now it works worse and he also sprained my pants with oil lubricant. And still had the audacity to ask for a tip while charging me $185.40 and leaving my door a greasy mess.

Now I know there is a chance that things could have just worsened from taking it apart and putting it back together but I was also able to find a few quotes for $350 which seems like the going rate anyways. Not sure if he thought he could charge me more because I was a woman or if he buys his wholesale at too high a price.

They were a super helpful locksmith company. Dane was more than friendly and accommodating. He arrived less than 15 minutes in the snow after I called the company and he was more than polite. As far as locksmith companies in Fort Collins go, they are highly recommended.

Art was incredible! Such a life saver helping me get into my car after locking the keys inside ony lunch break. He was fast not only getting to me but getting the car unlocked as well. He was also incredibly kind and while I was hating on myself and being negative for my stupidity he was uplifting and helped keep a positive attitude. 10/10 recommend!!
