Tbh im way late to make this review even though i never got their service and im not sure if this place got any better over the years.. But 2 years ago i lost both sets of keys to my mustang and when i went inside their store they were rude to me for no reason and told me i had to have my registration up to date and a title just for a key and it would cost $500 which i understand why they needed the title but anything more is ridiculous plus my registration card was expired or missing so i just ended up never getting a key from this place!! So my car has sat in my yard for 2 years without any keys and its a brand new mustang and i finally found a locksmith that wasnt rude, that was way cheaper, that drove out to me, and didnt require all of the crap they did just for a single key! plus the fact that Mr. K lock and key had to drive from moffat to me and still charged me way less than this place that isnt even 5 miles away tells me everything i needed to know!! yeah the bad reviews dont lie and i dont regret waiting all this time either.. i rather wait years than to ever go to this place after that rude interaction!

Paul came within 30 minutes to my home and fixed a door jam and reinstalled a new lock so I could use my back door. He is reliable, trustworthy, professional, and knows exactly how to get things done correctly and swiftly. Plus, he’s a very nice man! So glad we have his expertise here! I locked myself out of my apartment and was expecting company. I left a message and this fellow called me back within a few minutes and said he would be here very soon. He arrived in approximately 15 minutes and was very helpful and quite reasonable. I give it very high marks.

Nolan at the Keyway Lock& Safe in Fort Collins store was professional, the only locksmith who gave me a breakdown on pricing to replace a key fob on a 2022 Chevy vehicle. The part came in faster than expected and I was able to make an appointment that day to have the service completed. I would 100% recommend Keyway Lock& Safe. The price quoted is what was charged and included the replacement key fob.

We have used D&B Lockworks for two evictions now, which means the technician has exactly one hour to do all work and secure the entire property. CJ has come both times from D&B and he is exceptional. He works fast, has great communication, is professional, efficient, and kind. I love seeing CJ drive up and hope to work with him again in the future. This last eviction was full of drama and police intervention, and CJ kept his cool and did exactly what was needed. I could not say enough good about him! The staff that answers the phones at D&B is also wonderful and goes out of their way to help us schedule everything. I could not more highly recommend this locksmith. They have earned my professional and personal business exclusively!! I refuse to use anyone else.

I wish I could remember the man’s name who came out Saturday 8/29/2020. He was pretty damn good! He was fast, professional and well worth the cost! We had a guest lock their keys in the car so we needed emergency help and he fixed the problem! We are deeply appreciative of Racine’s! Would I recommend them? Yes! Without hesitation!
