Broke my bike lock key that holds my ladders securely on my rack while at a job. Wasn’t sure I would even be able to replace it. Found a locksmith that wasn’t just an automated machine since I wasn’t sure if a machine could take a broken key and duplicate it correctly. Joe was able to find a matching replacement after several that were listed as a Master key copy. I had nearly given up and was about to have the lock just removed and go replace the whole thing. But Joe was determined to find the key that would work. And that’s exactly what he did. And just in case that situation ever happened again, Joe was able to make two copies so I could have a spare kept at my office. Any type of key I’m confident Joe could get you a duplicate. So much better experience than hoping a machine could do the same job. Will definitely be back for any key needs!

My husband lost his only car key and this was the first company I contacted. I have never used a locksmith service before. Mike came out 6-24-26, unlocked his car, and made a new key. He asked if we wanted a FOB and I told him no. the key started his car so I figured I was good, but later my husband tried it and the key didn’t unlock the car. The next day he came back out, unlocked the door again and made us a FOB. Everything works great now. He was great to work with and I think the prices are pretty fair, especially considering the market right now. Would definitely recommend!

Easy set up, fast and the new key worked! Pricing was a bit high for certain novelty keys but I will use this machine again for my key needs.

The experience it self wasn’t bad, it was quick and cheap, but my key didn’t work on the door that it should like the one key used into the machine to copy it. I am currently trying to figure out how to get a refund or replace/remake it. Make sure to test your key first thing after you have it done. One star rating because how can I give it any more than that to a key that doesn’t open what it should!?
