24/7 service my ass. I work overnights, and managed to accidentally lock myself out of my car. I tried to get ahold of VL&S’s on-call locksmith repeatedly, but nobody answered, and as of writing this review it’s been over three hours with no response to any of the the voicemails I left. Can’t speak to their other services, but if you find yourself in a similar pickle to the one I was in and need service after hours, don’t count on getting a response from this company.
