We locked our keys in our truck before work, never a good way to start your morning. Called and they had someone out in 30 minutes. Though we had a rough morning we got quick and hospitable service that definitely turned out day around. We appreciated the service and would recommend to anyone in the area. Way cheaper than roadside assistance. You guys rock!

I lost the only fob I had for my prius so it was basically stranded at work for almost a month. Toyota was going to charge over $600, plus I would had had to pay for a tow since it had to be within their wifi range. Russ was able to come to my place of work and program 2 new fobs in the cold for $100 less. I would highly recommend.

24/7 service my ass. I work overnights, and managed to accidentally lock myself out of my car. I tried to get ahold of VL&S’s on-call locksmith repeatedly, but nobody answered, and as of writing this review it’s been over three hours with no response to any of the the voicemails I left. Can’t speak to their other services, but if you find yourself in a similar pickle to the one I was in and need service after hours, don’t count on getting a response from this company.

If I could give these guys 6 stars, I would! This company is very legit, very professional, and very reasonably priced.

I got my whole house rekeyed after a bad experience with another company in the area. Julio was my technician – he called in advance, clearly explained everything upfront, was very kind and courteous, and completed the job quickly. He also did me a huge favor and installed a new door handle, swapping around hardware between doors in the process. Thank you!!
