This man showed up in a reasonable time while it started raining. When it rains it pours. I’m locked out and this guy has to show. Mr. Eyal Fuchs delivered absolutely exceptional locksmith service. I called regarding an issue with a door frame and a deadbolt that wasn’t seating properly, and he responded within 10 minutes of my call. After a quick and accurate diagnosis, he had the problem fully resolved in about 15 minutes.

He was 100% professional, courteous, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. On top of that, he went above and beyond by offering—free of charge—to double-check and ensure that our new Schlage deadbolt lock was installed correctly and working perfectly.

Ron did an excellent job and persisted through the challenges of working on the locks in our century home. I was delighted we could poach an old forged mortise set from an unused door to replace the cheap modern one that had been installed more recently. The gentleman knows his trade!

My brother who lives in Trinidad was stranded in Pueblo, locked his key fob in his truck! Benny came to the rescue, was to my brother in less than 20 minutes, unlocked his vehicle and helped him locate his fob inside the truck.

Here’s part two, my brother had lost his wallet and cell phone, Benny followed him to the gas station and put some gas in his truck so he could get home; that is going up and beyond the call of duty! As the big sister, wanting to make sure my brother can access his vehicle and get home, I will be forever grateful.

This place is absolutely incredible. I locked myself out of my car today like a total idiot, but Jason with Magic Key Locksmiths really saved my behind. He was communicative, kept me updated on his ETA, and was so nice to me I couldn’t believe it. He had my door open in under a minute, only charged me $65, AND made me a duplicate key ON THE SPOT. Please don’t waste your time calling anyone else, they transfer your calls and leave you waiting for an estimate (I would know, I called three other businesses in town because I’m cheap). The other night I locked myself out of my car and strangers had helped me get back into it (all locksmiths were too expensive) but while doing so (took an hour) and broke my door handle as well. The next day I mistakenly did it AGAIN but decided I’d call a professional. Guy showed up and was there MAYBE 10 minutes, but got into my car in less than a minute.
