Yohan was incredibly nice, knowledgeable and helpful! Called to get the lock on my security door looked at. It would stick and not move in cold weather. Yohan gave it a look and told me my options. He was upfront about cost and supplies if replacement was needed. After he cleaned the lock it worked beautifully. Thanks again Yohan!

I needed a replacement key duplicated for a bike rack, and my experience with Bard Locksmith & Security was outstanding from start to finish.

First, they actually answered and returned phone calls promptly—something that seems increasingly rare these days. The key I needed was not a standard key, yet they had the correct blank in stock and were able to help immediately, which was a pleasant surprise.

Both team members I interacted with were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Customer service like this is becoming harder to find, and it was greatly appreciated.

Used twice and received excellent key copies both times. One required shipment from centralized facility, but it was simple and easy. Other, got keys copied on the spot (faster than I could have even found someone to help me at Home Depot).

Being able to store scanned key in case I lost it is awesome! Hope I don’t need it, but will be great if I ever do.

We locked our keys in our truck before work, never a good way to start your morning. Called and they had someone out in 30 minutes. Though we had a rough morning we got quick and hospitable service that definitely turned out day around. We appreciated the service and would recommend to anyone in the area. Way cheaper than roadside assistance. You guys rock!
