We locked our keys in our truck before work, never a good way to start your morning. Called and they had someone out in 30 minutes. Though we had a rough morning we got quick and hospitable service that definitely turned out day around. We appreciated the service and would recommend to anyone in the area. Way cheaper than roadside assistance. You guys rock!

I lost the only fob I had for my prius so it was basically stranded at work for almost a month. Toyota was going to charge over $600, plus I would had had to pay for a tow since it had to be within their wifi range. Russ was able to come to my place of work and program 2 new fobs in the cold for $100 less. I would highly recommend.

Kelly is an absolute professional! I had a safe that was passed down to me from my grandfather. I had tried everything from videos to manuals to contacting the manufacturer, and nothing would work. Kelly offered to do it for a great price in a very quick manner. He then offered to give me guidance on how to open it myself.

I think business should be conducted in a honest and transparent manner. Kelly did not have to give me advice, but he chose to, and it allowed me to open my safe that’s been closed for 13 years. If choosing a locksmith, choose Kelly. Honesty and transparency are exactly what anyone should look for – Kelly is your guy.

I’m sorry for the negative review but I’ve been here 4 times to support this local business and they’re never able to cut my key. I have brought in a pool key from my HOA pool to make a copy for my wife since the HOA couldn’t find the master… Nope they couldn’t do it. I then brought in a blank for my car (no electronics, just blank key) and nope they won’t do that either. A few months later I brought in a Thule bike rack key as I needed a second one and once again, nope they couldn’t do it! I finally felt compelled to leave this review after the 4th key I’ve brought in because they asked for me to come back in the morning when I brought the most simple key in for them to cut. I went to Ace right after and they did it in 30 seconds. BTW ace has actually done all of these now, so I am not sure how a speciality shop cannot do it 😔. I want to support local and love that they’re so close but at this point I don’t know why I’d go back. Nothing against the people or anything I just don’t understand how a key shop can’t cut 4 keys I’ve brought them.

The kiosk should say “copy ALMOST any key because 2 keys I tried couldn’t be copied ( a mailbox key and a Porsche key so at least they are not favoring a specific income group ;)) making 3 copies of my front door key was more expensive than I intimated especially since it said the 3rd would be free. I’m thinking of modifying their signage on the kiosk by adding the word “Almost” because it’s false advertising they also offered too keep a digital record of my front door key so I could make more copies in the future without inserting one ?????? Do they want my address yet and my normal work hours to know when I’m home or not? I declined allowing them to retain that data ….

I first talked to Jeannie on the phone, and she was absolutely wonderful. She’s a very polite and nice lady. She was able to tell me quickly weather or not they would be able to cut me a new key for my vehicle and how much it would cost. The customer service was impeccable. The same day her and her husband, Gene, came out and got me my new key. Very quickly too, Gene had it done within 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable as well. I talked to them for a bit afterwards and they are just sweet couple. It was a great experience.

My husband learned you can’t put your car key fob in your pocket and then wash your pants. He got a new one made by pop-a-lock. They were great. They ordered and programmed it at about half what the dealer charged. It was quick and easy.
