Nolan at the Keyway Lock& Safe in Fort Collins store was professional, the only locksmith who gave me a breakdown on pricing to replace a key fob on a 2022 Chevy vehicle. The part came in faster than expected and I was able to make an appointment that day to have the service completed. I would 100% recommend Keyway Lock& Safe. The price quoted is what was charged and included the replacement key fob.

We have used D&B Lockworks for two evictions now, which means the technician has exactly one hour to do all work and secure the entire property. CJ has come both times from D&B and he is exceptional. He works fast, has great communication, is professional, efficient, and kind. I love seeing CJ drive up and hope to work with him again in the future. This last eviction was full of drama and police intervention, and CJ kept his cool and did exactly what was needed. I could not say enough good about him! The staff that answers the phones at D&B is also wonderful and goes out of their way to help us schedule everything. I could not more highly recommend this locksmith. They have earned my professional and personal business exclusively!! I refuse to use anyone else.

I first talked to Jeannie on the phone, and she was absolutely wonderful. She’s a very polite and nice lady. She was able to tell me quickly weather or not they would be able to cut me a new key for my vehicle and how much it would cost. The customer service was impeccable. The same day her and her husband, Gene, came out and got me my new key. Very quickly too, Gene had it done within 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable as well. I talked to them for a bit afterwards and they are just sweet couple. It was a great experience.

My husband learned you can’t put your car key fob in your pocket and then wash your pants. He got a new one made by pop-a-lock. They were great. They ordered and programmed it at about half what the dealer charged. It was quick and easy.
